We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of placing the order and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends. In situations where products are in high demand, the processing time may be more than 5 working days.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may need to contact you to update delivery information, which may result in delays in the delivery of your order. Customs clearance can also cause delays.
Once dispatch notification has been received, we are unable to amend or correct delivery information. You, the customer, will void any replacement or refund if correct shipping information is not provided at the time of sending via email.
Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package which may delay the estimated delivery time.
Your order can be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your region, most orders are delivered by your local postal service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the post office can leave a notification card with information on how and where your delivery can be picked up.
